About V2Power

V2Power is a dynamic UK-based technology company providing software and hardware for electric vehicle (EV) charging and distributed energy resources. We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales and Business Development Intern to join our expanding team. This role is crucial for scaling our operations and building strategic partnerships across key European and Asian markets.

We specialize in intelligent energy management systems that allow electric vehicles to integrate seamlessly with the grid. Our mission is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy by turning EV batteries into a virtual power plant, providing stability to the grid and value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities within the assigned region
  • Approach prospective customers through telephone, email, LinkedIn and in-person visits
  • Travel within the region to visit businesses, develop contacts and generate new leads
  • Conduct proactive prospecting and cold outreach where appropriate
  • Follow up leads and help progress sales opportunities
  • Support the Regional Business Development Manager with customer relationships and regional sales activities
  • Explain V2Power’s products and customer benefits clearly
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up actions
  • Attend customer meetings and industry events
  • Take initiative to resolve issues and keep opportunities moving forward

Training and Development

You will receive product, industry and practical sales training, together with guidance and regular feedback from your line manager.

Working Arrangements

Working hours are flexible and will be agreed with the managers based on business needs and availability.
